Adolescent  Counselling 



 

The teenage years are full of challenges which can become overwhelming, especially when the brain is changing so fast.  Many young people try to cope on their own and sometimes find strategies that are more harmful than helpful.

Therapy is an opportunity for adolescents to slow down and get to know themselves. Making sense of their difficulties strengthen their sense of worth, helps regulate feelings and improve communication. My aim is to increase self-awareness and self-efficacy, develop self-confidence and resilience.
